Why are stainless steel heat exchanger tubes eroded? All of us are very familiar with the heat exchange tube. It is a new type of building material. With the gradual increase of its application in our life, tension has been widely applied to all areas of life and has been widely welcomed by people. However, in the process of utilization, we will occasionally find that the stainless steel heat exchange tube will be eroded, thus affecting our normal survival. What is the reason for the erosion of the stainless steel heat exchange tube?

1. The plan of superheated steam cooling section is particularly tight when the Department is under load. The blind increase of extra heat transfer area is enough to cool the superheated steam entering the heater below the saturation temperature, so that condensate will be generated in the superheated steam cooling section, forming a high-speed steam-liquid two-phase flow and eroding the heat exchange tube. Carbon steel pipe has poor corrosion resistance and is extremely sensitive to such erosion. It is easy to cause pipe leakage after long-term operation under such working conditions.

2. At the shell side, the heat exchange tube of the heater is attacked by wet steam and vaporization drainage, which makes it subject to erosion hazards. Reasonable internal layout and stainless steel anti scour baffle at the inlet can restrain the erosion of heat exchange tubes under normal working conditions, but in other places, such as department load operating conditions, the problem is not so simple.

3. The high-pressure heater tube is a kind of thing that we often use when using the stainless steel heat exchange tube, but occasionally the high-pressure heater tube will leak, resulting in the erosion of the stainless steel heat exchange tube.

When we use the stainless steel heat exchange tube, we must do a good job in being eroded. Only in this way can we extend its service life, so as to improve the utilization results of building materials and make it play its due role.
